RULES & REGULATIONS

The School Handbook should be brought to school every day.

Pupils must be at school at least 10 minutes before the first bell. Late comers must be accompanied by the parent.

Proper dress code is compulsory.

  • Uniform and sports shoes should be regularly cleaned and polished
  • Students must keep their hair tidy, neat and well combed. Girls with long hair should tie their hair in two plaits and secure with Navy blue ribbons.
  • Nails should be trimmed regularly and applying of nail polish or mehandi is not allowed.

Misbehaviour attitude is not encouraged.

Students are responsible for their books and belongings.

Bringing books to school according to the Time-Table is very important.

Students are not allowed to wear valuable ornaments.

Students are strictly forbidden from bringing any gadget or electronic equipment.

Students are allowed to distribute peanut cake on their birthdays & they can also donate a book or sapling to the School.

Wearing of colour dress on birthday is allowed.

Any damage to school property will be viewed seriously. Penalty will be collected.

Tampering the material in the computer lab is strictly forbidden.

Absent from any competition or talent test is discouraged and will be viewed seriously.

Irregular attendance or absence without prior permission will be monitored seriously.

All communication (request, complaint or leave application) by the parents should be addressed to the principal.

a) Student seeking the signature of the principal for pass, library cards, bonafide certificate, reimbursement of fees. etc, should do so well in advance through the class teacher.

b) Request for bona-fide (Study Certificate) letters must reach the school office well in advance.

ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE

No student should stay away from school except for special reasons.

The leave application form should be submitted in advance for prior sanction or positively on the day of return to the school.

Students must attend school, after the terminal holidays, on the re-opening day without fail.

Medical Certificate must be produced if leave is applied for more than 3 days.

5

Permission to go home after a test or otherwise during school hours will not be entertained.

6

School telephone shall be availed only in case of emergency.
